Accept Reality Part 2 was really good, I wish there were more episodes of this character worthy of a pregnancy, I loved how she has to deal with a surreal pregnancy, I love full bellies.
Is her belly still big because some haven't been delivered? Or is it simply the side effect of her 100 babies pregnancy?
The ending is meant to be ambiguous if she's simply fat from the pregnancy or potentially already pregnant again
A bit sad not to see the guy love interest make appearances here as her partner
