No, that does not help me locate your payment as that link does not lead to anything (or it's likely a unique link only you can view). What I need is the purchase ID, which you should be able to find in your original email from itchio (I believe it's a number, which could be either 7 or 8 digits long). Alternatively, if you want to tell me the first part of your email address, that would help me locate your purchase quickly, as not many people bought this game this year.
I've found your purchase, but that wasn't last month, that was 6 months ago. I only honour recent purchases, ie the 3 months before it goes public (which is also the time limit Itchio states for being able to give refunds).
