If you will create a birth series, What if there is a way to stall the birth in the middle of the progress, like the protagonist will not finish giving birth and the baby is either crowning or the face show up. Like when the superhero will give birth then suddenly, a monster show up so she is obligated to save the world. Or when a terrorists woman with pink hair (who is the mastermind's wife) has been captured in the hospital and used to be a snitch by the government while in labor to what are they using the satellite rocket in space ship and how to enter (don't do the last one)
